  • Background & Experience

Krystelle Biondi commenced her career as in-house legal counsel at a leading French luxury conglomerate. In 2010, she joined a firm specialising in literary publishing, audiovisual law, and the protection of privacy rights. She subsequently practised at a firm focusing on copyright and trademark law, where she developed a specialisation in online reputation management for high-net-worth individuals and corporations.

In 2015, she established her own practice, advising and representing clients across the following practice areas: copyright law, trademark and design law, domain name disputes, unfair competition and passing off, art market law, media law, and digital reputation.

The firm acts for a diverse client base — including photographers, authors, publishing houses, start-ups, industrial and agri-food groups, and professional trade associations — in the design and implementation of bespoke legal strategies. Krystelle Biondi practises both in a non-contentious advisory capacity and in contentious proceedings, appearing before all competent national and European jurisdictions and institutions.

In her capacity as artists' and authors' agent, she further represents the professional interests of her clients — including stand-up comedians, screenwriters, and literary authors — in contract negotiation, drafting, and talent placement.

Krystelle Biondi is appointed as mediator by the Intellectual Property Chamber of the Paris Civil Court (Tribunal judiciaire de Paris) and by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

She serves on the trademark law advisory panel of the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

Since 2016, she has held a lectureship in media law and digital law at the Institut Français de Presse, affiliated with the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.

    Professional & Academic Involvement

Krystelle Biondi has held several senior positions within the legal profession: President of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Paris II (ADIP 2, now IP Assas) and President of the Paris II Alumni Association (Assas Alumni). She currently serves as Chair of the "Collectif de défense au sein de la profession d'avocat", an association dedicated to the prevention and resolution of occupational distress and harassment within the legal profession.
