Our expertise.

Copyright law.

We bring our expertise to the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of intellectual property rights in France and internationally, across all sectors of activity (publishing, art market, fashion, industry, audiovisual, education, culture, etc.).

In an advisory capacity, we assist our clients in defining and assessing the protection and enforcement of their rights. To this end, we conduct audits and negotiate and draft agreements (assignment, licence, commission, production, etc.).

In the field of litigation, we represent our clients before civil and criminal courts in infringement proceedings.

Industrial Property (Trademarks, Designs & Models).

We advise on trademarks, designs and models, as well as appellations of origin, geographical indications, and trade secrets.

We handle prior art searches and analyses, national, European, and international filings, opposition and cancellation proceedings, infringement litigation, customs filings and follow-up, and trademark portfolio management.

We also advise our clients on the monetisation of their intangible assets through licence agreements, research and development contracts, rights assignments, portfolio acquisitions, and pledge agreements.

Art Market Law.

We represent our clients — artists, rights holders, collectors, auctioneers, and auction houses — in disputes involving challenges to authenticity, provenance, or copyright claims, and assist them during expert appraisals. We also appear before criminal courts in cases involving theft, handling of stolen goods, and money laundering of artworks.

We advise our clients on the negotiation and drafting of contracts with galleries, museums, and publishers for the organisation of exhibitions, the production of exhibition catalogues and art books, both in France and abroad.

Digital Reputation & Cybercrime.

Digital reputation, or e-reputation, can be defined as the image conveyed and/or endured by an organisation, a person, a product, or a brand in the digital environment. It is a highly valuable asset.

We have solid expertise in content removal (reviews, images, websites, fake profiles, etc.), de-referencing, de-indexing, and the right to be forgotten on search engines (requests to identify authors of unlawful content, drafting of right-of-reply requests, etc.).

We also handle cybercrime matters: digital identity theft, invasion of privacy, image rights, cyberbullying, revenge porn, defamation, and insults.

Commercial & Business Law.

We support our clients in the development of their activities. We advise them on the drafting of their legal documentation (general terms and conditions of sale and use, IT charters, legal notices, etc.) as well as on the negotiation and drafting of their contracts (partnership, distribution, etc.).

We also assist in resolving commercial disputes, particularly in the areas of unfair competition and parasitism.

We further assist our clients in consumer law matters (misleading advertising, deceptive commercial practices, etc.).

We are engaged, hands-on partners to our clients. Our curiosity and close attention to their business enable us to deliver sharper advice and stronger representation.
